Beau’s Kitchen

A fusion of historical elements and transitional style remains respectful of the home’s 1910 heritage. Original elements and motifs from other parts of the house are assimilated into the kitchen design using transitional materials. The cabinet doors imitate the raised panel interior doors original to the house. A pattern detail in the living room fireplace is replicated on both the mantle hood and the island legs. A white cabinetry finish matches the home’s existing millwork, and a brushed gray finish adds a grounding contrast while blending with the stainless steel appliances. The resulting kitchen seamlessly blends with existing architectural details while maintaining the classic, clean lines the homeowner prefers.
