Premier Custom-Built, Inc. was born out of a passion for the making of fine cabinetry. With a small group of experienced craftsmen, Marlin Horst started the company in 1991 after spending most of his career in the cabinet industry in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where some of the world’s finest cabinetry is built. Glen Alspaugh works with Premier to bring these fine cabinets to the St. Louis, MO area.
Premier Custom-Built, Inc. believed that the company’s success depended on their commitment to live their faith by excelling in everyday work, returning a measure of the company’s fruits to their families, local community and in some way, the larger world. They set their sights high and worked hard, with word of mouth as their only means of marketing. Through the years the company thrived, quietly attracting excellent craftsmen and a solid clientele while developing an outstanding product.
